Product Overview
The KunLun DAS Interface Processor (KDIP) Printed Wiring Assembly (PWA) acts as the main interface between 4/8/16-slice DAS and the Host computer. KDIP has two high-speed serial data interfaces: one high-speed serial data line for DAS data and the other is reserved. The board comes with a 850nm fiber-optic transceiver to 62.5/125 glass fiber optic cable with a LC connector for the slip ring interface and data loop back, a PCI Express x4 compliant card edge connectors and a 9-pin Subminiature-D connector for the X-Ray Abort signal chains.The board communicates per 1 optical link, buffers it, and sends an interrupt message to the Host to complete to save to the host memory. The interface between Scan Data Acquisition and the Host computer is drawn at the serial interface of the DIP. This board can be used with Optima 540, Discovery 670 Pro, Discovery 670, Discovery ST, Brivo 385 and Optima 520 systems.
